Damaged, incorrect or incomplete items
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, is not the item you ordered, or is missing parts or included accessories:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery on 01511414354 (phone / WhatsApp) or info@guitar.com.bd.
- Send your order number and clear photos or a video of the item and the packaging.
- Keep the item unused, with its original box, packaging and accessories.
After we verify the issue, we arrange a replacement or exchange. If that is not possible, we refund you as described in the [Refund Policy](https://guitar.com.bd/policy/refund).
Return window and shipping
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery . The customer pays the courier charge for sending the item back.
Condition for returns
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories and gifts included.
